Job Summary

Lead and supervise the lift and escalator service team to ensure smooth operations, provide technical support, resolve technical and contractual issues, liaise with customers, conduct training, and prepare management reports promptly.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the lift and escalator service team to achieve operational excellence
• Provide technical support by diagnosing and resolving technical and contractual issues to maintain service quality
• Monitor team performance to ensure adherence to service standards and operational efficiency
• Liaise with customers to communicate service activities and ensure timely follow-up on their concerns
• Coordinate and monitor daily work activities to maintain smooth and efficient operations
• Prepare and conduct training sessions to enhance the technical competency of the service team
• Prepare and submit management reports accurately and on time to support decision-making
