Role Description The Customer Service Assistant - Fintech Experience is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuala Lumpur. This role is responsible for responding to customer inquiries across multiple channels, providing timely and accurate information about trading platforms, account status, and basic technical and product-related issues. The Customer Service Assistant will handle onboarding questions, guide clients through platform features, and support troubleshooting and escalation to specialized teams when needed. The role includes monitoring customer feedback, maintaining detailed records of interactions, and collaborating with internal teams to improve service quality and user experience. The individual will also support customer education efforts by clarifying procedures, sharing relevant resources, and helping clients use Dupoin’s fintech solutions effectively and safely.

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills, with experience handling inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to interact professionally with diverse clients and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess a focus on Customer Satisfaction, including the ability to manage expectations, resolve issues, and follow up proactively.
- Relevant experience in fintech, online trading, or financial services support is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Kuala Lumpur, with flexibility for shifts aligned to global market hours.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with customer support tools and CRM systems.
- Fluency in written and spoken English; additional regional languages are an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience in customer-facing roles.
