Kick-start your HR career and gain practical experience with our team! We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic interns to join one of the following functions:
Recruitment (Talent Acquisition)
You will gain practical exposure to the recruitment lifecycle through responsibilities such as:
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other relevant channels.
- Review and screen resumes based on role requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate outreach and collecting relevant information.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers.
- Provide candidates with timely and professional updates.
- Maintain candidate profiles, recruitment trackers, databases, and documentation.
- Assist with recruitment reports, dashboards, presentations, and data analysis.
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives, including job advertisements, career fairs, and campus engagement.
- Assist with other HR projects and initiatives.
Compensation & Benefits
You will gain practical exposure to compensation, employee benefits, payroll, and related HR operations through responsibilities such as:
- Learn about the company’s compensation structures and employee benefit programmes.
- Organize and manage compensation and benefits data using spreadsheets and HR systems.
- Perform initial data analysis to identify compensation and benefits trends.
- Support the administration of employee benefit programmes, including health insurance and wellness initiatives.
- Assist with benefits enrolment, claims processing, employee enquiries, and record maintenance.
- Support in drafting, updating, and reviewing compensation and benefits policies.
- Assist with monthly payroll activities, including overtime calculations, before review by the Team Lead
- Prepare documentation for employee confirmations, resignations, contract renewals, and other employee movements
- Participate in HR projects, project discussions, meeting documentation, and analysis of project outcomes
What We're Looking For
Education, Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong administrative capabilities.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Responsible and professional when handling confidential information.
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
- Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools will be an added advantage.
