Kerja Sepenuh Masa Service Engineer (BMS), Gaji tinggi SGD 4,000 di DAIKIN AIRCONDITIONING (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Attend to customer enquiries and complaints, including on-site calls on BMS maintenance
• Recommend preventive measures and provide prompt and effective resolution to technical problems
• Assuage dissatisfied customers with prompt resolutions for any product or service issues
• Provide guidance and technical assistance to service teams and sub-contractors on service assignments, testing and commissioning; verify and prepare payment to sub-contractors
• Remain actively involved in the implementation of department strategies and initiatives such as service value-chain businesses
• Update Service information system and follow up with all necessary paper work diligently, timely and accurately for smooth operation of the department
• Understand DSP’s Internal Control Guidelines, the relevant policies and procedures pertaining to job function and execute the controls conscientiously
• Any adhoc duties as assigned by superior

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of technical experience with knowledge in BMS systems
• Resourceful with good analytical and interpersonal skills
• Strong communication skills
• Good team player with ability to lead and multi-task
• Possess Class 3 driving license will be an added advantage
