Role Description

1. Manage case files and court proceedings from start to finish

2. Engage with clients, counsel, and experts

3. Develop legal strategies and arguments with senior team members

4. Stay ahead of legal developments and contribute to thought leadership

5. Perform any ad-hoc task as and when required.

Qualifications

1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in general/commercial litigation practice area.

2. Exceptional oral and written advocacy skills, with a strong command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.

3. Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills

4. Familiarity with Malaysian civil procedure and litigation practice

5. Must have a keen eye for details and is able to work within strict deadlines.
