Cathodic Marine Engineering Pte Ltd is a Singapore-based marine engineering specialist providing corrosion protection and anti-fouling solutions for the global marine, naval, and offshore industries.

The Accounts Assistant takes care of Bookkeeping, accounts receivables (invoicing), accounts payable (billing), data compilation, . To participate in ad-hoc finance-related.

Responsibilities

• Generate invoices.
• Record Supplier and Sales invoices in the accounting system and database excel file.
• Handle receipts and consolidate bills for payments preparations.
• Handle employee monthly miscellaneous claims.
• Prepare Debtors and Creditors Ageing and reconciliation.
• Assist in answering queries raised by Management and Clients.
• Filing and other ad hoc duties.
• Answering phone calls.

Requirements

• N ’level with 5 passes or equivalent is an advantage.
• A minimum 1 year of relevant experience is an advantage.
• Certificate in Accountancy with more years of relevant experience will be considered.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Good interpersonal skill, independent and ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
• Good analytical, communication and presentation skills.
• Detail-oriented, neat and organized working style.
• Team player.
