Job Title:
Marketing Supervisor/Manager – F.O.R Factory Outlet (Ipoh)

Company Overview:
We are a leading Factory Outlet in Malaysia, offering authentic branded fashion at affordable prices. To strengthen our market presence and grow our customer base, we are seeking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Supervisor/Manager to join our marketing team.

Job Responsibilities:

Marketing Supervisor/Manager:

• Lead and supervise the marketing team in digital marketing campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other platforms).
• Plan, delegate and execute marketing activities to increase brand awareness and store traffic.
• Oversee the creation of promotional videos, social media content and product descriptions.
• Analyse campaign performance, prepare reports and propose improvements.
• Coordinate with sales and management teams to align marketing strategies with store goals.
• Manage marketing budget effectively and ensure campaigns deliver return of investment (ROI).
• Stay updated on trends in retail marketing, digital tools and consumer behaviour.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Graphic Design, Multimedia or related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, retail marketing or a related role; supervisory experience is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms (particularly Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.)
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as TikTok Ads, Google Ads and Shopee/Shopee Ads.
• Proficient in Canva, CapCut, Photoshop or other relevant content-creation/editing tools.
• Ability to monitor and analyse marketing performance, engagement, reach, leads/conversions and campaign results.
• Ability to manage and update a website/e-commerce platform is a plus.
• Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills; able to coordinate with management, staff, customers, suppliers, influencers and external partners.
• Creative, proactive and able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
