Optimize warehouse layout and storage capacity to improve workflow and minimize operational costs.
Coordinate closely with the procurement, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
Monitor operational KPIs, resolve discrepancies, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
