Senior Solutions Architect / Sales Engineer (Founding Team)

What You’ll Do

• Design enterprise AI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Translate customer pain points into architectures and roadmaps.
• Represent OpenCSG at conferences, forums, and community events.
• Support strategic sales opportunities globally.
• Lead POCs and enterprise implementations.
• Build demos, integrations, and prototypes.
• Work closely with product and engineering teams.

• LLMs, Agentic AI, Multi‑Agent Systems
• RAG, MCP, AI Infrastructure
• Model, Dataset, Agent Management
• Sovereign AI Platforms

What We’re Looking For

• Entrepreneurial DNA: startup experience, builder mentality, thrives in ambiguity.
• Technical depth: strong understanding of AI/LLM ecosystems (PyTorch, Hugging Face, Transformers, RAG, fine‑tuning, Kubernetes, GPU infra).
• Hands‑on ability: enjoys coding, prototyping, debugging.
• Customer facing: can explain complex tech simply, build trust with executives and engineers.
• Global mindset: excellent English, cross‑cultural comfort, willingness to travel.
• Strong Plus: LangChain, LlamaIndex, open source communities, developer relations, AI startups, cloud platforms, sovereign AI initiatives.
