Overall Job Purpose

•  Assist guests with their enquiries in person, via call and email
•  Facilitate the check in process of all VIPs and premium guests
•  Manage Customer Service Officers (CSO)
•  Cover Ticketing and Operations Supervisor role

Duties & Responsibilities

•  Roster CSOs for their shift duty
•  Supervise CSOs to ensure they perform their duties properly
•  Keeping up with all the customer service email correspondence
•  Ensure smooth operations of VIP Lounge
•  Manage feedback received from guests in person, via call and email
•  Collate compliment / complaint / feedback statistics into monthly reports
•  Perform rotating shift work
•  Cover Operations and Ticketing Supervisor role when needed
•  Perform performance appraisal for Customer Service Officers
•  Any other duties as assigned by superior

Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience

•  GCE ‘O’ or ‘A’ Levels or its equivalent
•  Minimum 3 yrs of relevant working experience in similar role in customer service
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•  Pleasant and outgoing disposition
•  Proficient in MS office & Internet
