Job Overview

We are looking for a Senior ServiceNow & GCPCloud Engineer to provide L3 support, administration, troubleshooting,and solution delivery across enterprise ServiceNow and Google Cloud Platformenvironments.

The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow,GCP, ITSM, CMDB, enterprise integrations, and production support, withthe ability to independently troubleshoot complex technical issues and performroot-cause analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L3 technical support for ServiceNow and GCP environments.
• Configure, administer, and troubleshoot ServiceNow applications and modules.
• Support ServiceNow ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and CMDB.
• Troubleshoot ServiceNow workflows, scripts, integrations, APIs, and production issues.
• Support GCP services such as Compute Engine, GKE, Cloud Storage, BigQuery, IAM, VPC, Monitoring, and Logging.
• Perform RCA and implement permanent solutions for recurring incidents.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, Business Rules, scripts, and integrations.
• Support REST/SOAP API and enterprise application integrations.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity.
• Implement automation to improve operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, application, security, DevOps, and cloud teams.
• Participate in production deployments, change management, and release activities.
• Prepare technical documentation, RCA reports, and operational procedures.
• Provide technical guidance to L1/L2 support teams.

Mandatory Skills

• 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure or enterprise application support.
• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM and CMDB.
• Experience with ServiceNow scripting, workflows, and integrations.
• Strong L3 production support and troubleshooting experience.
• Hands-on experience with GCP Cloud.
• Knowledge of cloud networking, IAM, security, monitoring, and logging.
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Good knowledge of JavaScript for ServiceNow customisation.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes.
• Excellent troubleshooting, RCA, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates should be hands-on Senior/L3 Engineerswith strong experience in:

ServiceNow + GCP + ITSM/CMDB + L3 ProductionSupport + Integrations + Troubleshooting + Automation

Good to Have

• ServiceNow CSA/CIS certification.
• GCP certification.
• ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping experience.
• IntegrationHub experience.
• DevOps, CI/CD, and automation knowledge.
• Terraform/IaC experience.
• Python or Shell scripting.
• ITIL certification.
• Experience supporting large enterprise environments.
