Job Description
- Lead the regional deployment and execution of digital manufacturing initiatives
- Develop and manage digital transformation roadmaps across manufacturing sites
- Support implementation, integration, and connectivity of digital manufacturing solutions
- Drive adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies and best practices
- Deliver training and capability development programmes for site teams
- Partner with operations, engineering, supply chain, and IT stakeholders
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support during implementation
- Establish governance processes and track project performance and outcomes
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and drive effective change management
- Support continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in Digital Manufacturing, Smart Factory, or Industry 4.0 environments
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain operations
- Experience leading regional programmes, deployments, or transformation projects
- Knowledge of automation, data analytics, AI, and manufacturing technologies
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all organisational levels
- Willingness to travel extensively across regional manufacturing sites (50-75%)
