Assistant Manager x2

Contract Duration: 3 months

Working Hours: 42 hours per week

Job Responsibilities

• Support stakeholder outreach and engagement through emails and phone calls.
• Follow up with stakeholders on required information and submissions.
• Attend to general enquiries from external stakeholders and members of the public.
• Assist with processing, verifying and organising information and records.
• Maintain and update records, trackers and databases accurately.
• Assist in collating and consolidating data for reporting and monitoring.
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the team.

Job Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Comfortable engaging external stakeholders through phone calls and emails.
• Meticulous, with good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work independently and follow established procedures.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
