About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical Research Intern to support the execution of the Singapore Business Awards.

In this role, you will play a critical part in identifying and showcasing top business talent and enterprise achievements across Singapore by creating clear, well-structured, and rigorous research dossiers for award candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Desktop & Literature Research: Conduct comprehensive secondary research using online materials, news archives, corporate reports, and industry publications to gather candidate background information.

Dossier Compilation: Synthesise information and draft concise, well-formatted candidate profiles, reports, and CV-style summaries in alignment with specified SBA formats.

Financial & Corporate Review: Read and extract relevant insights from basic financial statements and public corporate disclosures.

Data Verification: Ensure all facts, corporate metrics, and biographical details are accurate and properly referenced.

Requirements & Qualifications

Academic Background: Currently pursuing an Undergraduate Degree (Business, Communications, Humanities, or related disciplines preferred).

Language Proficiency: Excellent command of written and spoken English, with strong research-writing capabilities.

Research Skills: Demonstrated capability in conducting thorough literature searches and online background checks.

Technical Savvy: Proficient in Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive) and advanced online search techniques.

Business Literacy: Basic ability to read and interpret corporate financial statements.

Knowledge: General familiarity with Singapore’s business landscape, key industries, and corporate leaders is highly advantageous.

Commitment: Must be able to commit for at least 2 consecutive months (November 2026 to End-January 2027) to ensure continuity in dossier completion.
