Job Summary
We’re looking for a Junior Content Creator—a quick learner with fresh ideas and a knack for storytelling—to join our marketing team. You’ll help craft engaging, on-brand content for social media, email, and campaigns that boost our visibility and grow our community. Strong writing skills and a creative mindset are essential. A love of books and publishing is a big plus, but your eagerness to learn and create is what matters most.

Key Responsibilities
1. Create contents for book-related campaigns, videos and social media postings.
2. Write captions, product descriptions, newsletters, and related items.
3. Shoot and edit videos, reels, and visual content.
4. Support KOLs with in-house guidelines and materials.
5. Track content performance and improve future content based on analytics and current trend.

Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Mass Comm, or related field.
2. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
3. Excellent writing and editing skills in Bahasa Malaysia. (English language proficiency is a plus).
4. Strong familiarity with various social media platforms, particularly Instagram, TikTok, and X (formerly known as Twitter).
5. Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Figma, etc.).
6. A love for books and an understanding of reader behavior is highly preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
