About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure full site compliance with DOSH, OSHA, and FMA regulations.
• Conduct regular site safety inspections, hazard identifications, and risk assessments.
• Lead incident investigations, prepare reports, and manage legal submissions (JKKP forms).
• Act as Secretary for the Site Safety & Health Committee and lead toolbox talks/inductions.
• Manage site safety documentation, Permit to Work, and machinery certificates

Requirements:

• Must possess a valid, active DOSH Green Book registration.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience as an SHO
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian safety legislation.
• Firm, proactive, and able to manage site safety independently.
