Job Descriptions:-
- Prepare program with the understanding of drawing detail, customer specifications and requirements.
- Create set-up sheet with tool list and cutting parameter to assist production department to achieve its production quotas with quality and safety guidelines.
- Conduct monthly update of program once the program is tested, generate setup sheet for each parts as required.
- Ensure all program, set-up and tooling list is generate as per company QSM and engineering department procedures.
- Responsible to review and approve of all program sheets.
- As and when required, design fixture and request for new tools.
- As and when required, other appointed duties.
- Application of CAD/CAM Software
- Interpretation of BOM & Drawing
- Good knowledge in milling tooling and machining process
- Minimum 5 years experiences in CNC Milling manufacturing with 3 years experiences in 4 to 5 axis programming
