Job Summary

As a Part-Time Psychologist, you will deliver high-quality psychological assessments and evidence-based interventions for clients with diverse psychological and emotional concerns, contributing to the growth and development of Bravemind Psychology’s clinical services.

Responsibilities

Conduct psychological assessments, clinical interviews, and develop comprehensive case formulations to guide treatment planning

Deliver evidence-based psychological interventions and psychotherapy tailored to individual client needs

Develop, implement, and regularly review personalised treatment plans to ensure effective client care

Provide psychological care for clients presenting with anxiety, depression, phobias, trauma, sleep disturbances, adjustment issues, relationship concerns, ADHD, and other psychological difficulties within professional competence

Apply Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based therapeutic approaches (EMDR, ACT, DBT, SFT etc) according to client needs

Utilise exposure-based and behavioural interventions for phobias and anxiety disorders when clinically indicated and appropriately trained

Deliver trauma-informed and trauma-focused psychological interventions within scope of training and competence

Monitor client treatment progress and adapt intervention plans to optimise outcomes

Prepare accurate clinical documentation and psychological reports in compliance with professional standards

Collaborate effectively with medical and allied healthcare professionals to support holistic client care

Maintain high standards of professional ethics, confidentiality, and clinical governance in all clinical activities

Participate actively in peer consultation, case discussions, and continuing professional development to enhance clinical skills

Contribute to the development and delivery of Bravemind’s psychological services, workshops, psychoeducation programmes, and specialised clinical initiatives

Support the growth of a strong, ethical, and collaborative psychology team within the practice

Required competencies and certifications

Master’s degree in Psychology in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, Neuropsychology, Educational Psychology, or a relevant recognised psychology discipline

More than 3 years of relevant clinical practice experience

Eligible for registration with the Singapore Register of Psychologists (SRP)

Demonstrated experience conducting psychological assessments and delivering evidence-based psychological interventions

Strong knowledge and practical application of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) or other evidence-based psychological approaches

Proficient clinical communication, case formulation, and therapeutic skills

Ability to independently manage a clinical caseload and collaborate within a healthcare environment

Commitment to ethical, evidence-based, and client-centred psychological practice

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Doctorate degree in Psychology or related field (e.g., PhD, PsyD, or equivalent recognised qualification)

More than 5 years of clinical experience

Clinical experience with phobias, anxiety disorders, and exposure-based interventions

Additional training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) or other recognised trauma-focused psychological approaches

Experience delivering trauma-informed and trauma-focused psychological care

Experience managing complex psychological presentations

Experience conducting psychological or neuropsychological assessments

Experience developing psychological programmes, workshops, or psychoeducation materials

Interest in clinical supervision, mentoring, or developing junior psychologists

Additional training in Exposure Therapy, ACT, DBT, mindfulness-based interventions, or other evidence-based approaches
