Key Responsibilities
Handle customer, vehicle and booking related administrative processes.
Process and verify documents, agreements and supporting paperwork.
Attend to inbound customer enquiries from existing and potential customers.
Assist in onboarding and verification of new customers.
Investigate and follow up on customer complaints, vehicle damage cases, and rental incidents.
Follow up on invoices, payments and pending cases.
Prepare and maintain operational reports.
Other ad-hoc duties assigned
Key Requirements
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Organised and detail-oriented
Able to work independently and follow up on tasks effectively.
