Purpose of the role

We are looking for a Digital Campaign Specialist to join Mediacorp's Commercial Operations team.

You will work closely with Sales, Solutions and other internal stakeholders to translate campaign requirements into effective digital executions across Mediacorp's digital inventory, social platforms and relevant third-party platforms.

The ideal candidate is highly organised, detail-oriented and digitally savvy, with hands-on experience managing digital and paid social campaigns in a fast-paced media, advertising or agency environment.

This is a campaign operations role and does not require social content development, community management or social media strategy experience.

Scope of the role

This role is responsible for the end-to-end operational management and delivery of digital and social advertising campaigns, ensuring campaigns are set up accurately, launched on time, optimised effectively and delivered against agreed client objectives and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digital & Social Campaign Management

• Manage the end-to-end execution of digital and paid social campaigns, from campaign briefing and setup through launch, monitoring, optimisation, reporting and closure.
• Manager or coordinate campaign delivery across Mediacorp's digital properties, social media platforms and relevant third-party platforms.
• Review campaign requirements, media plans, creative assets, targeting parameters, tracking requirements and timelines to ensure accurate campaign setup.
• Ensure campaigns are launched accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Manage multiple concurrent campaigns while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness and service standards.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to support smooth campaign delivery

2. Campaign Optimisation & Reporting

• Monitor campaign pacing, delivery and performance against agreed KPIs.
• Proactively identify under-delivery, performance issues or operational risks and take appropriate optimisation or corrective actions.
• Prepare accurate and timely campaign performance reports.
• Analyse campaign results and highlight key performance observations, trends and actionable insights.
• Conduct post-campaign reviews and capture learnings to improve future campaign delivery and performance.

3. Process & Operational Excellence

• Identify opportunities to improve campaign workflows, turnaround times, accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Support the development and improvement of campaign management processes and best practices.

Functional Competencies

• Hands-on experience managing and executing digital and/or paid social advertising campaigns.
• Good understanding of digital advertising formats, campaign KPIs, targeting, tracking, and reporting, with ability to analyse campaign performance and identify opitimisation opportunities
• Strong project and campaign management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in campaign setup and execution.
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple stakeholders.
• Proactive, resourceful and solutions-oriented, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Experience

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in digital campaign management, paid social campaign management, media operations, ad operations, digital advertising or a related role.
• Experience with campaign management, ad-serving, analytics or reporting platforms would be advantageous. (e.g. Meta, TikTok, YouTube and Google Ad Manager)
• Experience within a media owner, publisher, media agency, digital agency, ad-tech platform or advertising environment would be advantageous.

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communications, Media, Business or a related discipline.
