Core Responsibilities

• Access Control: Monitor entry points, verify employee/visitor credentials, and prevent unauthorized personnel from entering restricted zones.

• Patrol and Surveillance: Regularly inspect the interior and exterior of the facility, and actively monitor CCTV cameras, alarms, and security software.

• Incident Response: Respond immediately to security breaches, emergencies, and alarms. Detain trespassers when necessary and coordinate with local law enforcement or emergency services.

• Reporting: Maintain detailed daily activity logs and write comprehensive incident reports for management and authorities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

• Licensing: Valid state or regional security officer license (e.g., certifications required by local police or licensing boards - Compulsory)

• Certifications: Current CPR and First Aid certifications are strongly preferred.

• Physical Fitness: Ability to stand or walk for long periods and respond quickly to physical incidents.

• Soft Skills: Exceptional situational awareness, calm demeanor under pressure, and strong written/verbal communication skills
