• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Management or a related discipline. MSc is a plus.
• >4-5 years work experience in technology project management
• Extensive experience in AI, Computer Vision, Video Analytics and/or IoT solutions
• Knowledge of architectural styles and design patterns
• Vibecode experience is a plus
• Experience in working with customers from related industries such as IT, manufacturing, property management and/or retail
• Basic knowledge of Amazon Web Services and/or other cloud platforms 
• Excellent at creating and maintaining cross-functional working relationships

Tapway is growing fast and is looking to expand our Engineering & Project team. Thus, we are looking for a Head of Projects & Technical Support to join our talented team. Responsibilities include:

Head of Projects & Technical Support

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and within budget.
• Lead in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Analyse staffing needs based on project and Technical Support requirements.
• Develop frameworks and processes for identifying resource needs and assigning resources.
• Direct appropriate resources and methodologies to various projects.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
• Lead project presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Partner with stakeholders on creation of project plans and critical paths.
• Provide overall direction for multiple projects with different timelines.

Presales & Solutions

• Collaborate with the Sales & Account Management team by acting as technical experts in customer presentations
• Determine the technical requirements to meet client goals and act as liaison between the Sales & Account Management and Engineering teams
• Respond to requests for information or requests for proposals from customers, supplying the technical details of proposed solutions. 
• Work with Product and Sales to build engaging prototypes that can be A/B tested and added to the Tapway Solution suite
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Manager, Sales & Account Management on customer-driven enhancements, customer issues, prospect demonstrations, and new product innovations
• Work closely with Engineering to provide feedback to improve Tapway solution suite
• Trains resellers and end-users on Tapway solutions
