Kerja Sepenuh Masa IT manager, Gaji tinggi MYR 10,000 di Talexa Partners Johor - Maukerja

Job requirements:

1. IT System Maintenance: Manage daily maintenance, troubleshooting, performance, backups, and recovery of core IT systems to ensure stable and secure operations.

2. Requirement coordination & Project Management: Coordinate IT requirements with departments and manage small to medium-sized IT projects from planning to implementation and delivery.

3. IT Budget & Cost Control: Prepare IT budgets, manage hardware, software, and operational costs, and evaluate technology investments for cost effectiveness.

4. Network Security & Compliance: Maintain network security, conduct risk assessments, prevent data breaches, and ensure compliance with company and industry requirements.

5. Technology & Digital Optimization: Monitor technology trends and implement suitable solutions to improve IT infrastructure and business processes.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in a computer-related field.

2. Have more than 5 years of IT support or system management experience in the manufacturing industry

3. IT Skills: Proficient in Windows/Linux server management, familiar with enterprise network architecture and maintenance, and knowledgeable about the basic principles and operations of manufacturing ERP/MES systems.

4. Strong principles, high sense of responsibility, excellent communication and coordination skills, and on-site execution ability.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
