Job Descriptions :

• Facility Maintenance: Ensuring the facility is clean, safe, and well-maintained. This includes tasks like sweeping and mopping courts, maintaining nets, and checking equipment for damage.
• Booking Management: Managing court bookings, handling in-person transactions, and assisting with online bookings.
• Equipment Management: Overseeing equipment, tracking supplies, and assisting with minor repairs and maintenance.
• Customer Service: Providing friendly and helpful customer service, addressing inquiries and complaints, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
• Operational Tasks: Adhering to operational schedules, assisting with event setup and teardown, and performing other tasks as needed.
• Reporting: Reporting to facility managers and upper management on operational matters.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Customer service skills: The ability to interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Organizational skills: Ability to manage bookings, equipment, and supplies effectively.
• Physical stamina: Ability to perform physical tasks such as sweeping, cleaning, and lifting.
• Communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff.
• Basic maintenance knowledge: Ability to perform basic maintenance tasks and troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
• Reliability and dependability: Ability to arrive on time and fulfill responsibilities consistently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
