Alliance Bank Malaysia Berhad Job Purpose:
- Play central role in safeguarding the quality, stability and long term perfornance of the GSME portfolio
- This role involves ensuring all SME credit exposures are effectively monitored, reviewed and managed in alignment with the Bank's risk appetite, regulatory requirements and internal credit policies
- This role is responsible to drive strategies to enhance SME client satisfaction and retention ie. deepening wallet share of existing borrowing customers, increase stickiness, product utilisation and/or anti-attrition.
- To work with SME business heads to develop business strategies and plans on new customer growth opportunity and existing portfolio in order to achieve the division’s revenue and profit targets.
- To plan key projects / initiatives, drive and monitor implementation to achieve targeted outcomes.
- Develop and implement portfolio initiatives to drive new customers and grow existing customers’ base to generate revenue, strengthen balances and optimize account utilization.
- Strategize and optimize profitability of the SME Banking portfolio while maintaining healthy balance of risk exposure.
- Maximize penetration of portfolio activities via sales channel and leads management.
- End-to-end management on process improvement, system enhancement, portfolio analysis/tracking and execution of portfolio campaigns.
- Obtain market intelligence such competitors’ offerings, latest market trends as well as industry-specific business or banking needs.
