Key Responsibilities

• Contact Honda Insurance Plus (HIP) customers to provide timely renewal reminders.
• Send SMS reminders to customers who are unreachable via phone calls.
• Coordinate with HIP dealer administrators to ensure quotations are provided to customers promptly.
• Support initiatives to achieve and maintain a renewal retention rate of more than 50%.
• Promote Honda Insurance Plus (HIP) products and services to encourage policy renewals.
• Guide customers to renew their insurance directly through Honda dealers, creating additional sales opportunities and business growth.
• Respond professionally to customer inquiries regarding product information, policy renewals, and service-related issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Insurance, Communications, or related fields.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a positive and professional attitude.
• Good organizational and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
