Job Description

In conjunction with the opening of our new restaurant in Bandar Kota Bharu, we are looking for passionate and driven individuals to join our team!

Requirements

• Fresh graduates in culinary arts or related fields are encouraged to apply
• A team player with a strong passion for the F&B industry and a desire to grow into a managerial role
• Able to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Able to perform detailed tasks efficiently and safely while complying with company SOPs

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food and beverage menu items
• Ensure smooth daily operations in accordance with the company’s SOPs
• Perform basic cleaning duties and maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and kitchen areas
• Receive and inspect deliveries to ensure quality and accuracy
• Monitor inventory and report low or out-of-stock items to the supervisor
• Discard expired or spoiled items from storage areas including refrigerators and freezers
• Plate and present meals according to standard presentation guidelines
• Carry out other tasks as assigned by management
