Job Description
Industry/ Organization Type: Environmental Engineering Manufacturer
Position Title: Assistant Service Engineer
Working Location: Bukit Batok
Working Hours: 5-days (Mon-Fri: 8.30am-5.30pm)
Salary Package: Basic + Allowance + AWS + VB
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Perform or guide preventive maintenance (PM) for abatement systems (scrubbers), including replacement of activated carbon and catalysts at site.
Carry out corrective maintenance (CM) and troubleshooting work at customer sites.
Support equipment installation, on-site refurbishment, and retrofit work.
Build technical knowledge of company equipment, servicing methods, and troubleshooting techniques.
Ensure field service work follows company and customer site procedures and safety guidelines.
Report issues related to customer service claims.
Prepare daily and monthly reports for management.
Submit service reports for assigned tasks.
Follow all workplace health and safety procedures during work.

Higher Nitec qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related technical field preferred.
At least 1 year of experience in machine maintenance or equipment servicing.
Familiarity with machinery standards or guidelines is an advantage.
