Title / Role Tech Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

Partners with Product Managers and business stakeholders to gather/analyze business requirements, improving requirement clarity, reducing delivery defects and enhancing delivery efficiency. Works closely with Engineering to understand system architecture and technical constraints. Facilitates tech requirement workshops, stakeholder interviews and discovery sessions. Analyzes existing applications, APIs, databases and integration points. Supports solution design discussions by evaluating business/technical impacts and gaps. Interprets technical documentation and communicates complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Required skills

• 5+ years as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or related role.
• Strong SQL skills - complex queries, data validation, dataset analysis, and data issue troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting software development or digital product initiatives. Experience working with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, QA, Data).

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
