Location: Mercu Aspire, KL Eco City (Direct access via LRT Abdullah Hukum)
Salary: Competitive Basic Salary + Allowance + Uncapped Commission

About the Role

We are seeking dynamic, driven, and results-oriented Telesales Executives to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting banking and financial products to potential customers, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to introduce and promote banking and financial products.
• Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable solutions.
• Build rapport with customers and effectively close sales opportunities.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the system.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification.
• Candidates with at least 1 years of telesales, telemarketing, or sales experience are encouraged to apply.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and performance-oriented.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
