Main Objective

Manage daily logistics operations, ensure all deliveries are completed on time, optimize fleet utilization, maintain excellent customer service, and lead the operations team to achieve company KPIs.

Key Responsibilities1. Daily Operations

• Plan and allocate delivery jobs.
• Schedule drivers and vehicles efficiently.
• Monitor all deliveries in real time.
• Resolve operational issues immediately.
• Ensure 100% delivery completion.

2. Fleet Management

• Monitor vehicle availability.
• Schedule servicing and preventive maintenance.
• Monitor fuel usage.
• Ensure vehicle cleanliness and compliance.
• Reduce vehicle downtime.

3. Driver Management

• Conduct daily briefings.
• Monitor attendance and punctuality.
• Approve leave schedules.
• Train new drivers.
• Investigate customer complaints.
• Conduct performance reviews.

4. Customer Service

• Liaise with customers regarding delivery schedules.
• Handle escalations professionally.
• Maintain service level agreements (SLAs).
• Build long-term customer relationships.

5. Planning & Scheduling

• Plan routes efficiently.
• Optimize manpower allocation.
• Reduce empty mileage.
• Balance workloads across drivers.

6. Compliance & Safety

• Ensure drivers comply with traffic regulations.
• Ensure proper documentation.
• Conduct safety briefings.
• Investigate accidents and incidents.

7. Reporting

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on:

• Delivery completion rate
• Vehicle utilization
• Driver attendance
• Customer complaints
• Fuel consumption
• OT hours
• Productivity

8. Continuous Improvement

• Identify process improvements.
• Reduce operational costs.
• Improve delivery turnaround time.
• Implement automation where possible.

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,200.00 per month
