Working Days/Hours: Mon – Fri, 8.30am to 6pm
Duration of Work: 24 Aug to 30 Sept
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound calls professionally
Assist customers with enquiries and support
Provide accurate product/service information
Update customer records in the system
Ensure good customer service experience
Requirements:
Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset
Comfortable handling phone conversations with customers
Able to communicate clearly and professionally
Basic computer skills and comfortable using systems to update records
Responsible, positive attitude, and willing to learn
