Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, testing, rollout, and user training of the new accounting system.

• Coordinate with IT and software vendors to resolve system issues and provide user support.

• Assist in customizing financial reports, GST, tax, and Japan HQ reporting formats.

• Support system integration with banks, IRAS, and InvoiceNow.

• Process supplier invoices, petty cash claims, and payment batches accurately and on time.

• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting, audits, GST, and tax matters.

• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.

• 5–10 years of accounting experience.

• Experience with Oracle NetSuite is an advantage.

• Knowledge of GST and financial reporting.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Meticulous, organized, and able to work independently under deadlines.
