Job Description:

• Lead and develop the sales team to achieve revenue, margin, and business targets.
• Drive distribution and territory strategies across semiconductor and industrial markets in Southeast Asia.
• Manage distributor performance through targets, pipeline reviews, training, and business planning.
• Build relationships with key distributors, customers, and prospects to identify and develop opportunities.
• Guide the sales process from qualification and technical clarification to pricing, negotiation, and closing.
• Maintain accurate pipeline, quotation, forecast, and account data in SAP and CRM systems.
• Coordinate with internal teams, distributors, customers, and Japan HQ on supply, pricing, delivery, and product matters.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer demand to identify risks and growth opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, demand plans, and corrective actions for management.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Experience in semiconductor/distribution B2B sales experience with team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor processes.
• Familiar with CRM/ERP systems.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, commercial, and communication skills.
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Willing to travel
