Overview of Responsibilities:
The EO/Senior EO, HR will assist in carrying out the following functional areas: recruitment and selection, employee relations, training and development, performance management, benefits and compensation, organizational development, job evaluation/analysis and other employment related functions.
Key Responsibilities:
The major responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:
Manage the employee records, including maintenance of HR files and data accuracy.
Conduct recruitment activities, such as job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and reference checks.
Coordinate the onboarding process, including new employee orientation, paperwork completion, and orientation activities.
Manage the benefits administration process, including employee enrollment, vendor management, and compliance.
Provide support to employees on HR-related matters, such as benefits, leave, and policies.
Execute the employee's annual review procedures
Monitor and keep track of HR metrics, for example, turnover rates and cost-per-hire
Manage and co-ordinate general administrative tasks, such as the general email and calls of the organisation, scheduling meetings, etc.
Maintain compliance with all applicable HR laws, regulations, and policies. Provide support to the HR Manager and other stakeholders as needed.
Qualification/Skills/Experiences:
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Prior job experience, preferably a minimum of a year in an HR or related position.
Proficient in computer applications such as MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and people skills
Possess a meticulous, proactive, and initiative attitude
Good time-management skills

Our mission is to help People with mental health conditions to regain confidence in themselves and work towards community integration. Club HEAL is an approved Institution of Public Character and a full member of the National Council of Social Service (NCSS). We are also part of the Community Intervention Team (COMIT), Community Outreach Team (CREST) and Youth Integrated Team (YIT) programmes under the Community Mental Health Masterplan developed by the Agency for Integrated Care (AIC), together with the Ministry of Health (MOH).
