About the Role

We are looking for responsible, organized, proactive, and hands-on individuals to join our growing team.

We have opportunities for both experienced professionals and entry-level candidates across Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Warehouse, and Operations roles.

For our Warehouse & Operations team, you will support daily warehouse activities, inventory management, order processing, shipment coordination, and team operations to ensure efficient and accurate workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support daily warehouse and operational activities
• Coordinate receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatch operations
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records
• Conduct stock checks and assist with inventory reconciliation
• Ensure goods are properly stored, labeled, and handled
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, sales, and internal teams
• Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments
• Prepare and maintain warehouse documents, records, and reports
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and on time
• Follow company safety, security, and warehouse procedures
• Identify operational issues and assist with process improvements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
• Supervisor / Team Lead: Assign tasks, coordinate staff, and monitor team performance
• Manager: Oversee warehouse operations, manpower planning, KPIs, productivity, and operational efficiency

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer and Microsoft Excel skills
• Physically fit and comfortable with warehouse-related activities where required
• Experience with inventory, warehouse, logistics, or order management systems is an advantage
• Leadership and team-management skills are preferred for Supervisor and Manager positions

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred for management-level positions
• Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
• Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, inventory, retail, or operations is an advantage
• Warehouse Clerk: Suitable for entry-level candidates and individuals with limited experience
• Warehouse Supervisor / Team Lead: Previous warehouse or team-leadership experience preferred
• Warehouse Operations Manager: Relevant management experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply-chain operations preferred
