About the role

To supervise and control daily construction activities at site, ensuring that works are executed safely, in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and method statements, and within the required program, quality and productivity requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities and work fronts
• Ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications and method statements
• Plan and coordinate daily activities with workers, subcontractors and relevant project personnel
• Monitor work progress and productivity against the approved program
• Monitor manpower, materials, plant and equipment requirements
• Conduct routine quality checks and coordinate inspections and testing
• Identify defective and non-conforming works and ensure timely rectification
• Ensure compliance with site safety, health and environmental requirements
• Maintain accurate daily site records and progress information
• Record site events, delays, disruptions, instructions and additional/varied works

About you

• Diploma in Civil Engineering / Construction / Building / related construction discipline from a recognised institution
• Certificate / SKM / technical qualification in a relevant construction trade may be accepted with substantial site supervision experience

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
