About the Roles

Join our team as a Service Crew member based in Bukit Timah, where you will gain hands-on experience in preparing fresh products while delivering quality service to customers. This is a permanent position with a 5-day, 44-hour work schedule (Mon–Sun, 9am–5pm) and offers a competitive salary package comprising basic salary, commission, and variable bonus (VB).

What You’ll Be Doing

• Learn baking techniques and prepare fresh products on site.
• Prepare and pack food and beverages for customer orders.
• Operate the point-of-sale system to handle payments and transactions accurately.
• Assist customers by taking orders efficiently and recommending suitable menu options.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations during both peak and quieter periods.
