JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage own customer deliveries, including scheduling, vehicle preparation, PDI and customer handover.
- Ensure all vehicles meet required quality, readiness and safety standards before release.
- Oversee Delivery Specialists and ensure compliance with SOPs and delivery checklists.
- Monitor team KPIs including delivery punctuality, NPS/CSAT, vehicle readiness and checklist compliance.
- Act as the escalation point for delivery issues, vehicle defects and customer concerns.
- Coach and support Delivery Specialists to improve performance and customer experience.
- Support hiring, onboarding and training of Delivery Specialists, Admin and Drivers.
- Coordinate with Sales, Aftersales, CRA, JPJ and other supporting teams.
- Monitor delivery calendar, hub capacity and daily operations.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of delivery trackers, documentation and SharePoint records.
- Conduct root-cause analysis on delayed/failed deliveries and drive process improvements.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Automotive, Operations or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in automotive, logistics or customer delivery operations.
- Experience in supervising or leading a team.
- Strong coordination, communication and customer service skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Able to manage multiple deliveries and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with SharePoint/CRM is an advantage.
- Possess a valid driving licence.
