Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, ) preferred.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or tendering, preferably within an engineering consultancy environment.

Basic to good knowledge of tendering processes across relevant industries.

Ability to understand client needs and propose suitable engineering solutions or services.

Strong interest in sales, business development, and market growth.

Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.

Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

Resourceful, proactive, with skills in market research and lead generation.

Adaptable, willing to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Professional attitude with a positive and pleasant personality.

Neat and well-groomed appearance.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities.

Support tender preparation and submission.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, and business partners.

Support sales and marketing activities, including proposals, presentations, and follow-ups.

Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure client requirements are met with suitable engineering solutions.
