We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of technology solutions, working closely with Business, Product, Technology teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure initiatives are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and achieve desired business and customer outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of technology projects and initiatives, ensuring successful execution within agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives.
- Manage vendor relationships, contract obligations, service delivery performance, and SLA compliance.
- Coordinate project resources and stakeholders across Business, Product, Technology, and external vendor teams.
- Monitor project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery milestones, ensuring timely resolution and escalation where necessary.
- Provide regular delivery updates, reports, and recommendations to management and key stakeholders.
- Support vendor sourcing, onboarding, contract renewals, and commercial discussions in partnership with Procurement and Finance.
- Ensure compliance with organizational governance, security, and operational standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery effectiveness, vendor performance, and operational efficiency.
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members to foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and delivery excellence.
- Perform any other duties assigned by Management.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience for Delivery Manager, in technology delivery, project management, vendor management, or related technology leadership roles.
- Proven track record in delivering medium-to-large scale technology, software development, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Experience managing vendors, contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and outsourced delivery teams.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives, competing priorities, and cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Excel, and other project management and collaboration tools.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Agile, Vendor Management, or equivalent professional certifications will be an advantage.
