Job Summary

Support and grow online sales across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other platforms by managing daily operations, optimizing product listings and campaigns, analyzing sales data, and engaging customers to drive e-commerce growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other e-commerce platforms to ensure smooth online sales processes
• Optimize product listings, pricing strategies, stock availability, promotions, and online sales campaigns to maximize revenue
• Analyze online sales data and product performance to prepare regular reports that inform sales strategies
• Monitor sales trends and advertising campaign performance to identify growth opportunities and recommend improvements
• Resolve customer enquiries promptly on assigned platforms during working hours to maintain customer satisfaction
• Assist in creating online marketing content and support TikTok livestream selling to enhance brand presence and sales engagement

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Hands-on experience in e-commerce or online sales
• Familiarity with Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for sales data analysis and reporting
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently
• Good spoken and written English
• Diploma or Degree qualification
• Basic graphic design and video editing skills
• Willingness to participate in TikTok Live/livestream selling; weekend livestreaming encouraged but not compulsory
