The F&B Server is responsible for delivering excellent service to guests by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience. This role requires attentiveness, effective communication, and a friendly demeanor to maintain high service standards. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, efficient, and knowledgeable about menu offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and drinks efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Provide menu information and make recommendations when appropriate.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any service issues promptly and professionally.

Key Requirements

• Previous experience in F&B service, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage menus.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, nights, and public holidays.
• Applicants must be Malaysian citizens.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
