Kerja Sepenuh Masa FCR Technician (Basic Computer-System Knowledge), Gaji tinggi MYR 2,200 di SSRV (M) Selangor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out basic inspection, checking and troubleshooting of building facilities and equipment.
• Assist in routine preventive and corrective maintenance works.
• Attend to basic technical issues and report major defects to the Supervisor or Facilities Manager.
• Monitor equipment condition and report any abnormalities or breakdowns.
• Assist technicians, contractors and vendors during maintenance and repair works.
• Update maintenance records, work orders, checklists and service reports in the relevant system.
• Prepare and maintain basic reports using Computer/System.
• Update equipment, maintenance and service records accurately and on time.
• Monitor outstanding work orders and follow up on pending maintenance activities.
• Assist with documentation and administrative tasks related to technical and facilities operations.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safety practices are maintained at work areas.
• Support the team in daily facilities operations and other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Facilities Management or a related technical field.
• Candidates with basic technical knowledge or relevant hands-on experience are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of building maintenance, electrical, mechanical or M&E systems.
• Basic Microsoft Computer skills – able to enter data, update records, use simple formulas and prepare basic reports.
• Comfortable using computer systems/software for updating records and work orders. No advanced system knowledge is required.
• Good attention to detail, particularly when updating technical records and reports.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to learn and develop technical and system-related skills.
• Responsible, hardworking and able to follow instructions and procedures.
• Willing to work shifts, overtime or standby when required by the site.
• Fresh graduates with relevant technical qualifications are encouraged to apply.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
