We’re looking for friendly, passionate, and motivated individuals to join our team at Melawati Mall. Whether you have experience in the beauty industry or are starting fresh, we welcome those eager to learn and grow with us.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform express facial treatments according to KSkin’s training & SOP.
• Conduct basic skin analysis and recommend suitable treatments/products.
• Explain procedures and provide aftercare advice.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and treatment area readiness.
• Deliver professional, attentive customer service.
• Build good customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.
• Assist with daily outlet operations and team goals.

Requirements

• No prior experience required — comprehensive training provided.
• Friendly, responsible, and confident in customer communication.
• Passionate about skincare, beauty, and service.
• Positive attitude, team player, and willing to learn.
• Able to work retail hours (weekends & public holidays).
• Experience in beauty, skincare, aesthetics, retail, or customer service is an advantage.
