Kerja Sepenuh Masa Warehouse - Inventory Clerk, Gaji tinggi MYR 2,000 di ERS Manufacturing Johor - Maukerja

Responsibilities

• Perform daily general clerical and documentation tasks in the store.
• Update inventory records daily in the MRP system.
• Assist and support Store Management in ensuring smooth and efficient store operations.
• Receive, check, and count incoming goods.
• Generate Goods Receiving Notes (GRN) for items received from local suppliers, fabrication, subcontractors, imports, and other sources.
• Perform daily stock-in and stock-out transactions based on the kitting list and Goods Receiving Notes (GRN).
• Perform daily stock replenishment and restocking of shelves.
• Ensure orders are prepared and shipped in a timely manner.
• Sort, organize, and store inventory in the proper designated locations.
• Report damaged, missing, or discrepant inventory to the supervisor.
• Ensure the workplace is clean and free from debris, and remove safety hazards from aisles.
• Work actively as a team member to achieve team goals.
• Prepare necessary documentation and inventory records for audit purposes.
• Submit production OT and leave forms to the HR Department on a daily basis.
• Perform daily 5S activities and maintain cleanliness and organization of the store.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Experience in store, warehouse, inventory, or related work is preferred.
• Fresh candidates with relevant qualifications or experience are also welcome to apply.
• Willing to perform hands-on store and warehouse activities.
• Responsible, organized, and willing to learn.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
