Role Description The Ecommerce Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. This role manages and optimizes online sales channels, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and content across marketplaces and the company’s ecommerce platforms. The Ecommerce Specialist monitors daily store performance, analyzes traffic and conversion data, and implements actions to improve sales, customer experience, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include coordinating with marketing and operations teams on campaigns, inventory management, and fulfillment, as well as handling customer inquiries related to online purchases. The role also involves preparing performance reports, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring brand consistency across all digital storefronts.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong E-Commerce and Sales skills to manage online stores, drive revenue, and support growth initiatives.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, track performance metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
• Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to resolve inquiries, support buyers, and collaborate with internal teams.
• Candidates should possess familiarity with digital tools and platforms, such as ecommerce marketplaces, order management systems, and basic web analytics.
• Relevant experience in ecommerce, online retail, or digital marketing is preferred, especially in consumer electronics or children’s products.
• Ability to work on-site in WP. Kuala Lumpur, manage multiple tasks, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
