About the Role

TechStreet is seeking a motivated and organized Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Intern to support recruitment operations. You will play an important role in expanding the talent pool by increasing job visibility, engaging with candidates, assisting with the application process, and monitoring recruitment activities. This internship is a great opportunity for someone interested in HR, recruitment, talent acquisition, or people operations who enjoys working in a fast-paced and goal-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Explore different channels and platforms to identify potential candidates and gain practical experience in understanding the talent market and candidate behavior
• Assist in promoting job opportunities across relevant recruitment platforms and channels to ensure job vacancies reach suitable and relevant candidates
• Communicate with candidates professionally and assist them throughout the application process to help create a positive and seamless candidate experience
• Maintain basic recruitment records and monitor candidate progress through different stages of the hiring process
• Suggest creative ways to improve candidate engagement and attract early-career talent

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field

Required Skills

• Comfortable using Google Workspace
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms is an advantage
• Comfortable working towards KPIs, targets, and measurable results
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and approachable manner
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple candidate records and tasks efficiently
• Proactive, willing to learn, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
