Responsibilities :

• Verifying bank deposits
• Managing day-to-day transactions
• Posting daily receipts
• Invoice processing
• Processing expense requests
• Credit control
• Maintain digital and physical financial records
• Maintaining the company purchase and sales ledgers
• Banks reconciliation
• Liaising with third-party providers, clients, and suppliers
• Prepare report sales, stock take

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Banking, or Finance
• Bachelor's in Accounting, Banking, or Finance are encouraged to apply.
• At least 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Have good knowledge in Google Workspace, especially in Google Sheets and Accounting system
• Excellent in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both oral and written.
• Must possess a high level of discipline, work ethic, and integrity.
• Able to multitask, cheerful, energetic, creative, positive mindset, and self-motivated.
• Team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Able to start work immediately.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
