Key Responsibilities
Deliver technical support at project sites for pharmaceutical equipment, utilities, and engineering systems.
Oversee and coordinate equipment installation, inspection, testing, and commissioning works.
Assist with qualification and validation activities such as
IQ/OQ/PQ
, where required.
Ensure site activities are performed in accordance with project specifications, engineering standards, safety procedures, and applicable GMP requirements.
Investigate and address technical issues arising during construction, installation, and commissioning activities.
Collaborate with project managers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and client teams to support smooth project execution.
Track site activities and coordinate work progress in line with the project schedule.
Maintain accurate site records, commissioning documentation, technical reports, and other project-related documents.
Provide support for equipment servicing, troubleshooting, and system performance improvement when necessary.
Assist with project completion, system handover, and close-out activities.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in
Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Pharmaceutical Engineering
, or another relevant engineering discipline.
Relevant experience in engineering, site operations, or project execution; exposure to
pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, or regulated manufacturing environments
is advantageous.
Familiarity with equipment installation, process systems, utilities, or mechanical and electrical systems is beneficial.
Understanding of
GMP, commissioning, qualification, or validation processes
will be an advantage.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving capabilities.
Willing and able to work at project sites and travel to different project locations when required.
Able to work effectively with cross-functional teams, contractors, vendors, and clients.
